• POL & POD
• The exact name of cargo, volume, packaging, etc.
• Valid HS-Code
• Value of cargo
• Weight (tonnage)
• If cargo is dangerous or chemical, we need a MSDS (hazard class, UN number)

Air freight:

• Origin and destination country and city with its ZIP Code
• Exact weight and dimensions of cargo
• Cargo name and HS code

Railway freight

• Type PS (Rolling stock)
• Country of departure / destination
• Station of departure / destination
• Station code
• The exact name of cargo and its packing
• Valid HS-Code
• Weight (tonnage)
• Total volume
• If cargo is dangerous or chemical, we need a MSDS (hazard class, UN number)
